While we respond to all our emails and phone calls to answer all your questions regarding aquatic management, products and design we also offer a paid service if you have a question or need assistance and don't want to wait for a response from our team. We usually can respond to general inquiries within 48 hours. For those of you who cannot wait or need to have a more thorough response to your question we offer this paid pond consultation service. We have three levels of consultation.

Bronze Level Consultation : $100
Ideal to have a simple question answered or compare and evaluate quotes or designs from other companies. If you save $500 by spending $100 to have a professional answer from The Pond Report consultants you are much further ahead!

Silver Level Consultation : $500
Ideal for helping design small and medium systems and creating pond managment plans for pond owners. We can compare and evaluate differing quotes and processes you have been considering. At this level you have access to private emails and phone support for an entire pond season. This level is popular with our campground and golf course managers as well as home owner and pond owner associations who maintain and care for lakes and ponds. This level is also for answering specific questions in a B2B capacity, our database of resources can often connect businesses to other businesses to meet your company needs for product sourcing or expertise.

Gold Level Consultation : $2000 (Includes site visit within the USA and Canada)
Ideal for large industrial projects or for assiting in municipal evaluations, product recommendations and maintenance techniques. We will provide plans and layout design parameters for projects or do quotes and plans for large projects. When possible and if required we will provide an on-site visit, additional charge may be required when doing on-site visits depending on season and time required at site. This level is popular with engineering firms, aquatic specialists, town managers, waste water plant managers and golf course managers who require on site evaluations or product recomendations.
